Launch emails

When you join the launch list, Tagalong stores your email address, signup time and email permission privately using Lovable Cloud. A hashed request address is used to limit spam. The owner receives a signup notification. Your address is used for the launch announcement, not sold or published. You can withdraw launch-email permission by replying to an email from Tagalong.

Google advertising

Where permitted, Google Ads uses cookies, device and browser information, ad-click identifiers and a successful launch-signup event to measure adverts and improve which adverts are shown. These are shared with Google for measurement and ad optimisation. Tagalong does not send your launch email, phone number, pet details or medical notes to Google as matching data. We do not install advertising measurement on pet finder or account pages.

In the UK, EEA, Switzerland and Canada, or when your region is unknown, Google advertising measurement stays blocked until you accept. In other regions it can run unless you reject it. Canada is treated as requiring consent because our country lookup cannot distinguish Quebec.

Accept and Reject are equally available. Open Cookie settings below at any time to change your decision. Rejection stops future signup reporting; acceptance does not replay previously blocked signups. Consent choices, time, notice version and an anonymous visitor reference are retained in this browser, including earlier acceptance when you withdraw. These choices are separate from your permission to receive launch emails.

Pet profiles and scan locations

Owner accounts and photos are protected. A person with your tag link can see the pet details and contact information you provide for finders. When a finder chooses to share their location, it is saved for the owner and an email alert includes a map link. Your account allows you to manage your pets and their information.

Orders

Product baskets and payments are handled by our connected Shopify shop. Payment card details are entered into Shopify checkout, not stored by Tagalong. Shopify and your chosen payment provider handle delivery and payment information under their own policies.
